Order processing and delivery times

All standard orders are processed and posted within 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after placing your order. Please allow an additional 3-5 working days for postage.

How do I check the status of my order?

If you haven’t received your item within 11 working days of placing your order, please contact us at atyasillustrations@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will come back to you as soon as possible.

How to return an item

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount once we have received the item. Please let us know on atyasillustrations@gmail.com before you return your item. Return postage is at the cost of the buyer.

 

Damages

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at atyasillustrations@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
